Rebuilt the customer journey to capture existing demand.

An experience-based tourism company had strong demand and a system that couldn't capture it. The market was already looking for what they offered — the infrastructure just wasn't built to receive it. We rebuilt the customer journey from first discovery through booking, redesigned product presentation and pricing, and integrated booking directly with internal operations. Once the system matched the product, the right clients found it. Revenue per booking increased. The business stopped leaving demand on the table and started converting it into the clientele it was always built for.

Operations

Designed and built an internal payment product.

A software platform had built the infrastructure for thousands of small businesses to sell online. Every transaction ran through it, but payment revenue was flowing out to a third-party processor — a revenue stream the platform had built but never claimed. We identified the gap, designed an internal payment product, and built it into the existing platform. No new customers needed. The revenue was already there — it just needed somewhere to go.
